* TinyUmbrella is an small software that is used to fix the error 3194 regrading to downgrading iOS firmware.
* Downgrade the iOS Firmware
* Download TinyUmbrella
* Connect your iDevice and close if iTunes open up
* Open TinyUmbrella and select Start TSS Server
* Put your iDevice in DFU mode
* Now try downgrading your iDevice by using Shift+Restore (Windows) or Option+Restore (Mac)
* Now select the firmware file for your iDevice you downloaded
