Want to downgrade iOS or having trouble with iOS update then you have to try it in DFU (Device Firmware Update) mode. When you downgrade your ios devices using itunes in normal mode it will got up with some issues during or after the downgrade. It is advised to carry out these in DFU mode. This method is somewhat tricky and you need to try it until you succeed, carefully follow these steps
Steps to Put iDevices in DFU Mode:
* Plug your iDevice into mac or your windows
* Start iTunes on your mac or in windows
* Hold your both Sleep button and Home button
* Hold them both for 10 seconds
* If you see Apple logo then you hold it for too long time, start it again
* After that you need to hold your Home button alone for 15 seconds
* If you see plus in your iTunes then you hold it for too long, start it again
* If you see black screen then its perfect your idevice is in DFU mode
* iTunes will say iDevice (iPad, iPhone or any iDevice) is detected and it need to be restored
