When your laptop encounters a problem or it causing some problems randomly and you plan to remove this errors and problems by restore the system to default factory settings. Follow the steps listed below to restore the system to factory settings.
* Move mouse cursor to top right corner
* Click on the settings
* Now click on the PC settings
* Under PC settings tap or click on the General Tab
* Under Remove everything and reinstall windows click on get started
* Follow the onscreen instruction
Note:
