Features of iOS 7 Part I

iOS 7 is released and it has many attractive features and improvements for its users. We list the various features and functionality of iOS 7. 

Navigating iOS 

The new features in iOS 7 is the ability to swipe the screen from left or from right edges of the screen. You can use this navigation feature while surfing in safari. You can also use traditional navigation methods too. This new navigation is more efficient and quickest method for navigation.

Control Centre

This control centre feature can be activated by swiping upwards from the bottom of the screen, It will reveals the list of options avaliable settings that control different options in iOS 7. You can access this feature from anywhere. You can also access control centre from the lock screen without unlocking the  phone. You can enable or disable this features from control centre menu in settings.

In the control centre option you can toggle between airplane mode enable or disable, you can also access bluetooth option, brightness, play, forward or skip the current songs and also volume for music and different apps. You can also gain one tap access to torch, clock app, calculator app and camera app. You can also access toggle option between airdrop and airplay options. 

Airdrop

Airdrop is the new feature introduced by the apple in iOS 7 to share between iDevice. You can configure this in control centre. You can select your interaction mode as nobody, with only those who you know or with the public. To receive information from others you need to be visible to others. 

Notification Centre 

Notification centre comes with three taps: Today, All, Missed.

Today shows the all the upcoming events, schedules, to-dos, any alarm if any and summary of weather and remainders. This notification centre automatically synchronize with all of your iDevices you use. All tab shows all the unseen notification from different apps and you can also sort this notifications. Missed tab shows the list of missed actions such as call's you missed and messages.

iTunes Radio 

iTunes Radio is the greatest announced features of iOS 7. It provides free music streaming across all your iDevices. This features in now limited only to US. It is also possible to start a radio station by asking Siri to play a station of your choice, such as “Play Trending on Twitter Radio” or “Play Pixies radio” without having to launch anything. These features is supported by ads so you will hear sponsors message while streaming the music. You can skip this ads for yearly subscription $24.99 only.
