Voltage fluctuation are common in ac supply voltage. Sometimes there may be high voltage and sometimes low voltage. Low voltage does not harm laptop. High Voltage will harm our laptop. It may lead to the question will it harm ac adaptor or laptop?
I am sure for this question your laptop won't get affected by the high voltage currents. The AC adaptor has the capacity to stabilize the voltage regulation and to limit the short circuit current. The high voltage sometimes may lead to harm your ac adaptor or sometimes it will make it to burn too. The high will not harm your laptop for any cause.
