Some of you might come across this questions is it safe to use laptop with AC power supply plugged in to it without battery attached to it. Yes i am pretty sure its safe to use laptops like this.

If your plug is removed or your supply gets interrupted your laptops will suffer a immediate shut off and the works you dint saved will be lost. While working with plugged power supply your laptop will indicate a notification that your battery is not inserted.
