How to take a screen shot?

We may sometimes wonder how to take a screenshot of your work or for your project and to use in a word document or in a paint its simple task. 

You can find a "Ptr Scr/SysRq" on the top row of the screen. Simply Press "Ptr Scr/SysRq" key its done you have taken the screenshot of your screen  Now paste it in your paint or in your word document and complete your work. Sometimes it may not work in that situation its prefered to use Alt key along with Ptr Scr/SysRq. Do "Alt+Ptr Scr/SysRq" together and simply paste it in your document. Thats it
